Core Team Philosophy
Choose 1 hero as your main DPS and invest everything into them first. Run a 3-hero team for most content (1 DPS + 1-2 supports). Use 5-hero teams only in specific modes like Guild Boss and Nightmare. Always prioritize chain skill partners โ the combo bonus is massive. Same-element teams unlock more chain combos.
Positioning
Characters are positioned in a d6 dice pattern (5-face) based on summoning order. Slots 4 and 5 are frontline tank positions closest to the boss (only active if summoning 4+ characters). Slots 2 and 3 are backline โ place your DPS here, furthest from the boss. In 3-man strategy, Slot 1 becomes the tank slot.
