What Are Animarchs?
Animarchs are giant monsters you control in a separate game mode called Animarch Mode (launched with v2.0.0 in April 2026). They are completely separate from the main hero roster โ they do not appear in Campaign, Arena, or other standard modes. Animarchs have their own progression, their own investment track, and their own tier list. The system is expected to expand in future updates.
How to Unlock Animarchs
Requirement: 300 Gallery points from Collection Hall progression. Collection Hall earns points by collecting hero shards, gear sets, and other collectibles. Focus on Collection Hall progression as a secondary goal (after your main hero investment) to unlock the system. The acquisition method was confusing at launch โ community posts confirmed it requires the Gallery points threshold.
S Tier โ Bloody Shark
Bloody Shark is the only S-tier Animarch and the best in the game with proper investment. The catch: she requires significant investment to reach her potential. At low investment, she feels average. At high investment, she pulls ahead of every other Animarch by a wide margin. If you invest in one Animarch, invest in Bloody Shark. Skip the others until Shark is maxed.
C Tier โ Gorgon
Gorgon is C tier but has a specific strategy: invest to level 3, then STOP. The RES reduction value at level 3 outweighs Infernal Demon's DMG boost at the same investment. She is the second-best choice for Animarch investment, but do not over-invest โ the returns diminish sharply after level 3.
D Tier โ Infernal Demon
Infernal Demon's DMG boost is nearly worthless in actual gameplay. The percentage is too small to meaningfully impact your damage output. Do not invest here beyond what is required for system progression.
F Tier โ Demon Knight & Raging Centaur
Both provide zero meaningful value in practice. Their abilities do not scale, do not enable combos, and do not contribute to any game mode in a meaningful way. If you must invest points somewhere, stop at D tier first. Never put resources into these two Animarchs.
